What is This Program All About?
This program is designed for individuals who are only interested in learning pure Arabic for different reasons in a very short period. This program therefore is the best option as it is a fast-track and compressed Arabic Language program. It is designed to complete all stages of learning, beginner, intermediate and Advanced stages within a period of one-year bi awniLlah. It combines the three skills of language which are writing, speaking and reading. It is also designed to fit all schedules no matter how busy they are. Arabic Language Fluency Course (ALFC)
This program comprises two categories:
1. Arabic Language Fluency Course 1.
2. Arabic Language Fluency Course 2.
Understanding each of the categories
1. Arabic Language Fluency Course 1
This course is the first of the two categories targeted at those who don't have any solid background or previous relationship with the Arabic Language. It combines the Arabic grammar lessons in their simplest form and the applicative usage in the real sense of it, beyond classroom limitations.
Objectives of the Course
1. To make Arabic Language a ubiquitous language amongst the Muslims, through our distant learning program.
2. To bring the understanding of Quran and Sunnah closer to the Muslims, by presenting the heavy grammar lessons in its simplest form with the proper applicative usage.
3. To enable fluent use and speaking of the Language like the natives, for the non-native users.
Course Structure
1. Simplified Grammar lessons in modules, with
2. Practical, conversational, and applicative usage with Duroosul-Lugha and other practical books.
Learning structure
The learning process is structured as follows.
4 days of learning per week, 16 days per month.
2 days of grammar lessons and 2 days of practical application per week.
With life lessons and real interactive sessions between students and teachers. Each learning section is recorded for students' access.
Course/Program Duration
The program is one year, divided into 4 sessions, each session spanning through 3 months of thorough and extensive learning. Then the students are transferred to the next stage of the program ALFC2.
2. Arabic Language Fluency Course 2
This category is targeted at students who already have a solid background or prior experience with the Arabic Language. Those who already know the Arabic grammar (Nahw and Sarf) and their proper usage but are struggling with speaking fluently.
Objectives of the Course:
1. This course is established to help students build confidence in fluent communication in the Arabic Language.
2. To help them become versatile across all fields of communication with pure Arabic Language. This way, student can speak conveniently in matters relating to daily activities, politics, economy, medical affairs, traveling and whatnot without any difficulties and of course with unaltered fluency. Bi idhniLlah!

1. Use of Language through Arabic News.
2. Use of Arabic Language through General/Daily Arabic use. eg. Work/Job, Food etc.

Al-Jibla Centre for Arabic Language and Islamic Studies is a premier Islamic education Centre dedicated to spreading Islamic teachings to Muslims of all ages. Established in 2020, we have been impacting lives through Arabic language instruction, Quran memorization, and more. Initially known as Joobla Institute and later Al-Jibla Institute, we officially registered as Al-Jibla Centre for Arabic Language and Islamic Studies in November 2025. AlhamduliLlah, our online programs have reached many, and we're committed to expanding our reach.
The name "Al-JIBLA" signifies unity and community, translating to "Al-Jama'ah" or "Al-Ummah" emphasizing our focus on building a strong, knowledgeable, and supportive Muslim community.
We started our Arabic Language Fluency Course, a one-year course that helps you become fluent and proficient in Arabic — reading and understanding, writing and speaking. The program is fast-track, so it is expected to be for the serious minded individuals and those who are ready for it. So this is what happened...
The program has 4 stages — Beginner—Intermediate—Advanced 1 and Adanced 2. Each stage is 3 months. The then-current students had completed the beginner stage of learning. They had completed their tests and exams and passed. We will show some of our students' performances and the program's scheme of work below, just keep reading.
Our pedagogical approach is as follows: we combine grammar lessons with practical use of the Arabic language, one that allows you to not only learn the grammar but to learn the practical application immediately. An approach that gives you clarity and direction to be able to learn the language in just a year bi idhniLlah and with a little effort from you.
Our grammar lessons are well structured with many years of effort in putting them together. For the practical application, we make use of the Duroosul Lugha with other books, like story books and books of compositions that give you a real life applicative usage of the language. This is a well-thought-out and structured scheme borne out of many years of teaching experience.

Let me tell you a little bit about how we started.
Just like yesterday, our formal teaching journey, started 15 years ago. Around 2011 through to 2014, we formally started an Arabic coaching class for a set of university students. The name was then Arabic Oasis; we prepared a handbook to aid learning for the students.
So the expertise, the structure, and the proficiency weren't achieved in a day; they were the result of many years of experience. So anyone who will beat that must have that same years of experience or more. So you know why you can trust us now, right?

We started teaching globally around 2019/2020. We have taught students from different parts of the world, the UK, the US, Australia, Canada, etc., to date. AlhamduliLlah.

PROGRAMS DETAIL
Al-Jibla Institute of Arabic Language and Islamic Studies offers a well-structured educational pathway for aspiring students at both the Idadiyyah and Thanawiyyah levels. These programs are meticulously designed to provide a comprehensive Islamic education that caters for students at different stages of their academic and spiritual development.
1. Idadiyyah Program
The Idadiyyah program is the foundation level of education at the institute, structured to progressively build the student's knowledge and understanding of key Islamic sciences and the Arabic language. The program is divided into three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Each level is to be completed within 3 months which makes a session. Therefore, there are 3 sessions in a year.
Beginner Level: The courses offered include:
1. Al-Aqidah: Basic Islamic creed
2. Al-Arabiyyah: Arabic language (Nahw and Sarf)
3. Al-Hadith: Prophetic traditions
4. Al-Qira’ah: Text recitation

2. Thanawiyyah Program
The Thanawiyyah program is designed for students who have completed the Idadiyyah program or possess equivalent knowledge. This program is more specialized and aims to deepen the student's understanding of Islamic jurisprudence, principles of Islamic law, and other critical aspects of Islamic science. Like the Idadiyyah program, it is divided into three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
Each level is to be completed within 3 months which makes a session. Therefore, there are 3 sessions in a year.
Beginner Level: The courses offered include:
1. Usool Hadith: Principles of Hadith
2. Ahādithul Ahkām: Hadiths related to Islamic rulings
3. Al-Aqeedah: Islamic creed

These programs are tailored to produce well-rounded students who are not only knowledgeable in Arabic and Islamic sciences but are also capable of applying their knowledge in real-life situations, contributing positively to their communities and the broader Muslim Ummah.
3. SPECIAL PROGRAM
This program is designed for students who have competed our thaanawiyyah program and it is a compulsory program that they must take before they can be entitled to a certificate. The program comprises three main courses: Mantiq (Logic), Balaagha (Eloquence) and Meerath (Inheritance). This program is also open to anyone who has completed the Thaanawiyyah level before and is willing to braze their knowledge in these subjects.
4. FOUNDATIONAL PROGRAM
This program is designed for students who don’t know how to read the Quran or any Arabic text. Kids from age 5 and above also fall into this category. This program includes:
1. Arabic Alphabet recognition and pronunciation,
2. Quran reading and Memorization,
3. Hadith reading and memorization,
4. Tawheed (Aqeedah, monotheism),
5. Azhkaar Leaning, and Islamic etiquette for kids/beginners,
6. Stories of the prophets and companions for kids/beginners

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the program all about?
This program is a foundational program which sets students feet firmly on the path to learning Arabic language and Islamic studies. After the completion of the program, the students are expected to be able to speak, write and read Arabic language, and have foundational knowledge of Fiqh, Hadith and Aqeedah. And then be able to further on their own or through the Institute to pursue further knowledge
How many levels does the program entail?
The program entails three levels or classes. The beginner level (Ibtidaa'ee/الإبتدائي), Intermediate Level (Mutawassit/المتوسط) and Advanced level (الأعلى). We also have a preparatory level (الإعدادي) for those who cannot read the Qur'an yet.
What is the duration of this program?
This program is a 12-month program with each level having a period of three months each.
How many hours/days in a week will classes hold?
Classes hold 4 times in a week and 1 and half per day. The time table will be released to students to see how the classes hold.
What time will the lesson hold?
The lessons are held live and held at 9 pm Nigerian time. So students from other countries should check the equivalent time in their country. Message the Administration if there's a concern. It's a night class because this is the time people are believed to be available.
Through what means are the classes held?
The classes are held on Google Meet. However, every student will have a personal Google Classroom where notes and Assignments are dropped for them by their teachers before and after the lessons. Students are expected to have gone through the materials before the lesson time.
Is this program certified?
Yes, this program is a certified program and the quality of the certificate is equivalent to a Thaanaqwiyyah certificate (Islamic secondary school leaving certificate), which could be useful for you to pursue your further studies in Saudi Arabia or elsewhere In sha'a Llah!
Is the program paid or free?
The program is a paid program. Students are expected to pay a very small amount of money every session, which is every three months. In sha'a Llah.
Will students pay for certification after the competition of the program?
Yes, students are expected to pay a token amount of money to be able to receive the certificate.
Who are our teachers?
We have qualified Male and Female teachers who take your lessons. Male teachers for Male students and Female teachers for Female students.
Is the class a mixed class?
No. Female students are separated from Male Students and each has their teachers.
What about the Qur'an classes?
The Qur'an class entails Qur'an recitation for Beginners who cannot read or those who want to perfect their recitation of the Qur'an. It also entails Tajweed and Qur'an memorization as well. This is a separate program as Qur'an memorization requires more attention and commitment. It is also terminal — 3 months in a term. Students are not advised to combine the Qur'an program with other programs. If you're choosing our Qu'ran program (memorization), then you are not advised to choose other programs except if you're very available for it and ready to be committed.
What about the special program?
This entails Subjects like MANTIQ, MEERATH and BALAAGHA. MANTIQ is one month and other two are 4 months each. Students are not allowed combined this courses. You can only choose one at a time.
Can I enrol my kids?
This program is basically designed for adults. However kids of ages 7 and above can be enrolled into our Qu'ran program and can be enrolled into other programs when they are fit for the programs.
Can I enrol for Intermediate and Advanced classes, if I'm not a beginner?
Yes, if you want to enrol for an intermediate class or an advanced class, you'll have take a test, and you must pass with at least 50% score. If you enrol into our Advanced program, then it's a must for you to enroll into our special programs after the completion of the advanced program, before you can be entitled to our certificate.
Rules for the Class
Students must be ready to attend classes every time, according to the time table. If you have a genuine reason to miss the class then you must inform the administration and the only acceptable reason is that you're sick.
Students are not allowed to miss classes more than once, as there will be no replay of the class. If you miss a class then you must go through the notes and ask your fellow students to help you understand the lessons so as to be able to do your Assignments or any other tasks given.
If a student misses classes or a month straight or after a test has been conducted, then you will be asked to repeat the class.
Students must pass with more than 50% score to be able to move to the next level. Students who failed will be asked to repeat the class.
Only students who passed the final examination with at least 60% score will be entitled to the certificate.
All assignments and Test and Tasks given in class will be added up to make your grading score for each Level.
